While being born and raised in Montana, my family has been collecting "relics" for as long as I can remember from boarder to boarder. In the last 25 or so years we've focused on signs and globes with a special interest in Montana items (ISO). One of my youngest memories as a child was seeing my Grandpa Keith wildcatting for oil on the hi-line while smoking his pipe. Some would say he was obsessed with the idea of striking it rich with Montana Crude, but I just saw an old man enjoying the thrill of treasure hunting. Years later we enjoy anything that has to do with the development of Montana's oil and gas industry.
